The Marshall Tucker Band's new holiday album, 'Carolina Christmas,' will give listeners a little bit of everything ... the sentimental Christmas classics, family sing-a-longs and flavors of humor to keep everyone grinning from ear to ear this holiday season.

The album's opening number, 'White Christmas,' features MTB's Doug Gray's beautiful voice wrapping around the lyrics, but they kick it up a notch mid-song for a swing-style chorus to close out the tune.

Other classics that fans will be quite familiar with include 'I'll Be Home for Christmas,' 'Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,' 'Silent Night,' 'Jingle Bells' and 'Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!'

'Jingle Bells' will get everyone up and moving, as it features an array of voices of those near and dear to the band, including their wives, kids and other family members who lend their vocals to the song's chorus. The band offers a soulful rendition of 'Silent Night,' complete with their southern-rock infused sound and style.

The Marshall Tucker Band mix it up a bit with a handful of original tunes which include the jazzy 'Christmas in Carolina,' 'Snowfall in Georgia' (which has plenty of classic MTB sound, complete with a flute in the opening notes), and the soon-to-be fan favorite, 'My Christmas in Custody,' which features MTB's drummer Barry Borden singing.

To close out the album, the band features a song penned by the late George McCorkle titled 'Leave the Christmas Lights On,' as well as an extra special treat as Doug Gray narrates the all-time classic story, ''Twas the Night Before Christmas.'

'Christmas Christmas' is a far cry from a classic holiday album, but will be a sure hit with all fans who will likely make a new tradition of playing this album with every tree-decorating!
